What is Seals Travel?Seals Travel is a full-service on-line travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups. Seals Travel is owned by Denicia Seals.

Is Seals Travel a Certified and Licensed Company?Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a $1M general liability insurance policy and Error & Omissions insurance.

What Are Seals Travel's Business Hours?We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 9 am – 1pm. We respond very quickly via email at stravel@bookseals.com.

Does Seals Travel Provide Quotes for Private Vacations, Groups, Family Reunions, or Class Reunions?"Yes! We help plan your ideal vacation for any and every occasion, groups of any size or private affairs, to your desired destination.

What Forms of Payment Does Seals Travel Accept?For individual and group events, we accept online payments or mail in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For mail-in payments, we accept personal checks, money orders and certified checks. Please note personal checks will not be accepted 60 days before event to commence. For some of Seals Travel group hosted/un-hosted group reservations (private reservations), we accept credit card authorization forms and credit card over the phone with a 3.5% fee.

Do I Have to Make Monthly Payments?You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Does Seals Travel Provide Refunds?It depends on the reservation and how it was booked. Yes, a refund is possible on individual/group reservations depending upon supplier terms and conditions, when cancellation is requested and other factors. The response varies, and each instance is different. For Seals Travel hosted/un-hosted group travel, No; we do not provide refunds, nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

What Happens If I Miss a Payment?You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Do I Need A Passport to Travel to the Caribbean?It depends if you are traveling by air or by cruise ship. If you are flying to the destination, Yes. If you cruise from a port in the United States, No. Travel to Cuba by air and by cruise ship require passport and visa.

What is a Real ID and Do I Need One to Travel?A real ID is a form of identification that meets increased security standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards. Travelers will be required to provide either a real ID or another TSA-approved form of identification in order to fly after October 1, 2020. Can I Make Reservations on an Event After the Payments Have Started?Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

What Happens After I Make my Reservation?Once you make your reservation, you will receive an invoice. Your invoice will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

How Do I Start Monthly Payments on a Reservation?You can make monthly payments several ways. Email stravel@bookseals.com and request an invoice with credit card authorization form or call with payment information.

What If My Roommates Drop Out or Cancel Their Reservation?If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room. Additional fees may be assessed depending on the supplier.

When Will I Receive the Itinerary for My Trip?Itineraries are sent to each client 15-30 days before travel via email.
